Conveniently located near your gulf front unit, you'll find two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, three stocked ponds and landscaped grounds with walking paths and boardwalks.

Additionally, the positioning of this unit makes for fabulous ocean breezes and less direct afternoon sun without sacrificing view or being steps to the beach. Sea Ya features tile on the main level, as well as an outdoor shower on the main deck to wash sandy feet and paws after a romp on the beach. Shore Thang has been completely updated for 2007, and the results are fantastic! Bright colors, comfortable furnishings, and the perfect location make this unit one that will be sure to please the most discriminating beach vacationer.
