When you contact us, if you are ready to book, it would be helpful to know:
- Dates you would like to stay
- The number of adults and children in your party
- If you are bringing your dog(s) and number and breeds
- Your preference of the Barrier Dunes rentals
Once we have this information or your question, we can email you the answers to your questions or will prepare a contract and return it to you via email if requested. Once you receive your contract, you will need to print it out, complete and sign it and return it with your $300 refundable deposit! Your dates will be reserved for you for 5 days until the deposit and contract are received!
Half of the balance will be due 60 days (120 days for reservation of 2 weeks or more) and the other half 30 days (60 days for reservations of 2 weeks or more) prior to your check-in date. Before you leave you'll received an email with the codes to get into Barrier Dunes and our lockbox with the keys to the Barrier Dunes Condo that you have reserved, directions from Port St. Joe, FL to Cape San Blas, FL and directly to Barrier Dunes and your Vacation Rental!
Of course if you have any questions before you leave on things to do, where to go, places to eat, shop, etc., we're always happy to answer your questions and do anything we can to meet or exceed your vacation expectations!
