Sea Ya!
New to the rental market in 2007, Sea Ya! is a seaside oasis for your vacation regardless of the season! Another of the "crown jewels" of Barrier Dunes, this vacation condo offers everything we think you'll need for a fabulous beach vacation. Separated from the incredible white sugar sand beaches of Cape San Blas by only a beautiful dune line, you are just steps away from the water while enjoying privacy and peaceful afternoons on your deck or balconies. One of the few properties in the complex with an unobstructed gulf view from every deck or balcony in the townhouse!
Sea Ya is pet friendly and sleeps up to eight (8) guests
Upper Floor:
King Master Suite with private dedicated porch, walk-in closet, his and hers vanities, bathroom with separate shower and garden tub. The master also has cable TV, ceiling fan, cordless phone, and clock radio. The views from the balcony are exceptional.
Second Floor:
Two Full Bedrooms with Private Baths & Balconies. Both of these bedrooms have private decks with fabulous gulf and beach views! Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, one with a tub/shower combination and one with an oversized shower. The Victorian themed bedroom has a TV and clock radio. The front bedroom features an oriental theme with four-poster bed. Both have ceiling fans.
There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We try to ensure that there is also laundry soap for your convenience!
Lower Floor:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar, living room and large back deck and a half bath.
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes, pots and pans. Kitchen also has a cordless phone & answering machine.
- Dining room: Easy-care tile-topped table with seating for six with an additional 2 bar stools.
- Living room: Queen sleeper sofa, oversized chair with ottoman, coffee table for playing games, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, movies, puzzles, several games and books. Living room opens to a large back deck and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach.
- Large Back Porch: Seating for 4 with a table and cushioned chairs, gas grill and outside shower. Also features pet/child gate.
Covered parking: Under the unit you will find covered parking for 2 cars or a car and a small boat. There is also a hot and cold shower and hose.
Little Extras for the beach: For your convenience we have provided some extras that we hope clears some space in your car!!

- Outdoor hose and hot / cold running shower to wash those sandy toes!
